The Garden of Love and Compassion is happy to accept donations that help in the creation of a Buddhist Retreat Centre.
The Garden of Love and Compassion offers all its followers the possibility of making donations directly, on line, via the web site www.budismotibetanolavera.com.
1. To make a donation.
1.1. Depending on the country of residence of the person that wishes to make a donation (the Donor), it is possible to choose as a method of payment both credit card or Paypal. The donation payment may be subject to local charges. To get more information contact your local bank branch.
1.2. Following receipt of the payment, the Donor will receive by email a confirmation of the donation with details of Tierra de Budas. The name and address of the Donor and the amount and currency of the donation (as required by some jurisdictions in order to benefit from tax deductions etc)
2. The obtaining and protection of data.
2.1. During the donation process, we will obtain, keep and process data within the scope of legal regulations.
2.2. The personal details that you give us, for example, on making a donation (such as your name and contact details), are only processed for the purpose of communicating with you and for internal analysis, and only for the purpose for which the information was given. To the extent that it is necessary for the processing of payments, we disclose the payment data to the bank responsible for it.
2.3. Except for the foregoing, we assure you that we do not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by current legislation or where you expressly consent to it. Regarding the use of third party services for the realising and management of processing tasks, Organic Law 15/1999, of the 13 December, of the Protection of Personal Data (‘LOPD’) will apply.
